Anywho, I believe this whole argument of not hiring Bill Cowher if John Fox were to leave based on the fact that no coach has won a superbowl with 2 teams is ludicrous. I would be very happy if Cowher were to come in and take over, but I wouldn't mind promoting from within either.

I don't think I would be too upset if we did switch to a 3-4 defense, I mean look how well the Packers are doing this year after switching to a 3-4. I don't know why people think we couldn't instate it and still do well, after all, we have some very talented players.
