Is amazing, this is what all sports games should strive to be. The presentation like always is just amazing really makes you feel like you have achieved something great when you hit a home-run in the bottom of the ninth or get a strike out with the bases loaded to end the game. Also there are so many little things that just make the game so damn real. For instance I just got my first ball hit down the third base line against me, it bounced off the bag and shot towards the LF wall. I came racing in with Manny thinking I could grab the ball and throw the runner out trying to go from 1st to 3rd. Not so fast mr Ramirez! I slammed into the wall which triggered an animation where Ramirez started going over the wall and had to push himself back down before he could pick up the ball. The guy got to 3rd on me but the animation was just amazing. Anyone else have the game and if so what things have you been most impressed by?

Gameplay still is Show > 2K, but presentation is godlike in 2K this year. Good lord the commentary is amazing.

I just picked up The Show, its good...but so far i kinda like 2k better. I need to play it more, the jury is still out.

The Show is hands down the better baseball simulator. I think it can get dry at times, and they need to work on that. I don't think 2K is terrible anymore, but the Show is certainly still the king.

the show is the only game i have for ps3 right now. it is a very good baseball game. i played 2k last year and hated it.

It's the only sports game I play on my PS3 but I play plenty of other games on it....

It's an awesome game, I haven't played it since it came out. But it's still a very very good game. My dad plays it every day.

I'm still without a PS3 but I'll be getting one in about a month, and the Show is the first game I'm getting. It's one of those games I know I can play year round until the next version comes out, like NHL 10.

Yep well worth the 60 spent on it. Some of the historic community rosters for the game are just AMAZING....

I haven't really messed around with RTTS, have you gone deep into it? Is it worth it? There really isn't an interesting "be a pro" mode in any sports game to me. Just doesn't feel "real" enough.. I dunno. I usually do franchise/dynasty.

I enjoy RTTS a lot, I will say it's hard to reach your goals early on unless your a pitcher so it makes it very difficult to make it to the Bigs. I know they created the ability to play as a catcher and call the game from the plate this year, I honestly haven't tried that though.....maybe I should get around to doing that I bet it would be fun!!

I agree, I can never get into any of the "be a pro" game modes either.
