Good game Panthers

The longer I live, the more I appreciate the direct impact of the mentality of ownership on a team. (this may sound obvious when written, but seriously, how many of us relate the product on the field to ownership?...to the GM (yes)...to the Coach (yes)...players (ditto))

I knew this season was going to be ugly when it became clear that Richardson was more concerned about $ & getting ready for the CBA than on putting the best team on the field.

The sad thing is that even with these players we could have won 3 out of the 4 games so far, but ownership is not invested, so then goes the fornt office, then coach, then players. I don't even believe most on the team are aware of the presence of the apathy, but you can see it in Fox & even Hurney, by morgaging the teams future for this years wins (i.e. giving up a 2nd Rd pick for Armanti Edwards)....didn't quite work out did it (yet).

It's frustrating to see Fox screw up end of game planning after this many years.

Honestly I'm more impressed by your team's effort than mine today, guys. No snark was intended, your team has handled adversity arguably better than mine has handled success.

Just do the Falcons in and everyone can be friends :)

    • The lack of discipline has seriously been our downfall the last month. Seems like we just went off course this last month and Lee won't address it. You can't just live and die by the 3 when you can attack the paint and at worst draw a foul
    • Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
    • I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents
