seems the new fad of african american kids is to sag as much as possible. i literally see it all the time where their shirts come to a normal length, then theres boxers, and finally at thigh level there are the pants or shorts. these kids seriously have all their ass and dicks out walking around the mall, walmart, target or wherever else.
