Aren't most men more fulfilled by their spouse and children than their jobs though too? Saying what he said, the way he said it, was just gross and a "fancy" way of saying women belong in the home, not the workplace. If you aren't upset by that, then that's a thing I guess It's freaking 2024, not 1924

This too If you're just giving a speech somewhere, then yea, say whatever you feel (even if it's stupid). But you're giving a graduation speech and telling the women there that they are probably more excited to start a family to to pursue the career they are literally graduating school for in that moment., what the hell?!?!?! On the surface, it almost makes sense in a way, that people are more excited about the actual life they'll build over their career, it's how it should be. But then it's a general message to everyone there, men included, to care more about living a good life that you enjoy and not just worrying about work. But nope, he singled out the women

He gave the take that women are most fulfilled as mothers and homemakers. If him holding that opinion upsets anybody sincerely, then that's a thing I guess. Why the fug is this even a topic?
