Here comes the bride? There goes the bride, more like.

Just five days before she was set to sashay down the aisle and do what Holly, Kendra and a slew of bottle blondes were unable to—namely, make an honest man out of Hugh Hefner—the Playboy founder's fiancée Crystal Harris has called off the wedding.

"The wedding is off," Hef tweeted. "Crystal has had a change of heart."

"After much deep reflection and thought, I have decided to end my engagement with Hef," Crystal wrote on her official blog today. "I have the utmost respect for Hef and wish him the best going forward. I hope the media will give each of us the privacy we deserve during this time."

And even though both Hef and Crystal admitted that it was Harris' decision to call things off, her manager apparently didn't get the memo.

"It's very sad," Harris' music manager Michael Blakey told E! News. "It was amicable."

The breakup that no one (including Hef, it would seem) saw coming was reportedly sparked when the couple had what must have been a rather explosive argument at the Playboy Mansion.

In any case, the fight allegedly took place over the phone—what caused it remains unknown—and resulted in the 25-year-old Harris abruptly packing up and moving out of the house.

    • let's see what the annual Blueprint epi shows behind the scenes It also could be more maturity in the HC role going into year three (has it been two years with Dan/Dave already?)
    • Is the fact that our boys didn't take crap and fought right back at the cheap shots Ottawa did. Svech beating the poo outta that Ottawa bum, walker destroying the other Ottawa bum after the bush league uppercut. I know we got penalties for both, but that tells me our guys actually are sticking up for each other (unlike past years). I feel like this is the most toughness I have seen from our players in a playoff series in a very long time. Hopefully Boom isn't out too long
    • Seeing mixed reviews of draft grades. PFF (and others) are saying A+.  Sports Illustrated says C+ I'm leaning towards the more positive side
