I would think that Clausen would LOVE to move on to another team where he has a little bit of chance at a starting job or be a solid backup at least.

Im sure Clausen would love to move to another team... Considering he's went from starter to third string within a year. We're stuck with him this year... couldnt get a washing machine for him at this point. My guess is he gets cut next year.

Simply suggesting things have a way of slipping away. There was a time almost the entire Huddle was rubbing their greasy palms together at the thought of landing Andrew Luck.

There is a myriad of reasons why an organization tracking a QB in the first round would see that opportunity vaporize and try to fill a QB position in a later round, similar to how the Panthers did and found Claussen in their laps to begin with.

Maybe one would make us an offer we cant refuse under similar circumstances next year.

A wasted roster spot, really? Injuries happen to Qb's, and I'd keep Clausen around as long as I could for cheap just for insurance. 2 Qb's are not enough, no matter what teams "get away" with it.
