I didnt know 10a breakers were still around... I have never seen one myself, thats crazy...

As far as g5, if the breaker is just tripping when you run the machine then it is overloaded. Add a new breaker to give the treadmill its own dedicated...

I forgot about the outlets working in the bathroom. Only thing not working is the lighting.

I don't know if this helps, but I'll try and give you a layout of how the rooms are.

---------------Brothers Room

-------------Bathrooom

-------------My Room

Ok. His entire room has nothing. The bathroom has outlet power, light switch isn't working.

The wall along side the bathroom in my room. No outlets work. The ones on the opposite end work.

Really almost sounds like a loose connection somewhere... Turn the breaker off and check for continuity... Also, one of them receptacle testers would probably come in handy. Its got 3 lights on it, usually a red, a yellow & a white, or 2 yellows and a white... That will let you know if any of the wiring isnt correct. A non-contact voltage tester will be useful also, about $17 at HomeDepot...

Is the bathroom GFI in front of the other outlets?

Did it happen when he plugged in the treadmill or when he turned the treadmill on?

Sound advice right there.

Another thing is it could be a loose connector. Possibly a neutral. It will be the white (no racist) wire.

That's a tricky one because it could be one of the conuductors on a recept hat seems fine but everything downstream of it is affected. It could also be on the neutral bus in te breaker panel.

I have seen this happen before and I can't explain why, poo just happens.

I suggest go with J2's idea first. It will help to narrow down the break point.

OK Reapuh, now when there is no power to all these recep's, the breaker is on, correct? If the circuit just somehow turned itself back on and then shut down again when you plugged somethign in, it does sound like a bad breaker. Quick & easy fix..The lighting in the bathroom is more than likely tied into that circuit, which is common, but teh GFI in the bath should be by itself on its own breaker, which it sounds like it is.. Find the bad breaker in the panel, note the make of the panel and size of the breaker, HomeDepot or Lowe's should have what you need, about $15 to replace it. You feel comfortable swappin out the breaker, then doi it yourself and save some loot. If you dont, find an electrician who will come do it on the side, it should only take about 10 minutes...
