Kunalic, who played at Nebraska, was a camp leg, but impressed coaches with his leg strength.

Kunalic had 39 touchbacks for Nebraska last year in 14 games, but from the looks of it-never attempted many kicks at Nebraska. He was a kickoff guy.

Let's hope he's not a younger version of Mare.

I don't know what this obsessions Rivera has with power kickers, but it needs to stop. Accuracy should always take precedent over power- especially with how useless having a strong leg on kickoffs has become with the new rule changes.

If I had to think of a conspiracy theory to justify this, I'd say Rivera may have talked to Mare and Mare's excuse for his struggles-let me emphasize excuse-was that doing two jobs was a difficult duty and he was tiring out.

I think Kunalic kicked one field goal while at Nebraska. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
