Car Insurance Question

I rear ended a lady a couple weeks ago, but no police came, so it is not on my driving record.

I'm getting a quote from a new insurance company and they pulled my driving record and all they found was an illegal uturn violation from almost 4 years ago.

They asked if I have any accidents or claims paid out that are not appearing on my driving record....

Do insurance companies share this information with one another?

I want to say no, but I don't know if this can be found out.

Do you have one of those accident forgiveness policies? Otherwise it would show sooner or later resulting in possibly higher cost.

I don't. I just told them about the accident. My policy renewed with Geico automatically like 3 days after the accident, so I'm locked in with my current low rate for the next 6 months.
