did you tell your current provider that you are really interested in switching to uverse or another company? usually that sweetens the pot real quick

I threatened, but my current deal does not expire until the 21st if next month. I can live without it during the summer and have no wife/kids to dissapoint by cutting it off. I will probably go ahead and cancel mid July and pick up Internet from clear since they don't require a contract, then get tv back from somebody before the season starts.
