I had no idea, but apparently The Kingkiller Chronicle will eventually be a TV series!

I know there are a few fans of Patrick Rothfuss' books here, and I just learned that this announcement was made back in July.

I'm eager to keep up with this as, if done correctly, I believe this could be one of the most popular shows on TV simply because of the storytelling.

I won't crown it capable of being anything like Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, or any of the other shows that are all the rave right now, but if the books are adhered to closely at all, it can definitely be something worth watching.

 

If you haven't read the first two books, check them out. Then you can join me in waiting on the third one and whatever develops from this TV show stuff.
