It's not just our record. It's the fact that we would have beat Seattle, if DeAngelo didn't fumble the ball. This team has proven all year that they can hang with the big boys. The only egg we laid was against the Cardinals. Besides that, we stayed in it.

 

Maybe we didn't win convincingly last night (I'm not saying that because of the last call, but because the game came down to the wire) and that is why the doubters exist.

 

I really feel like - in the national media - they have crowed a handful of teams already (Pats, Broncos, Seattle) and they have a hard time bringing a new team to the dance! ;)
