Let the coaches where a uniform on the sideline and play if necessary. ..A pissed off Ron playing MLB for a play or 2 would be fun..or Ricky running a cross route.

I'm with Monsta: Electronic sensors in the football to help determine whether a football has broken the plane for purposes of TD... or there is a first down, or a runner has gone out of bounds, with time synchronization to the videofeeds so that they could determine where the ball should be spotted precisely at the moment when the knee hits the ground or foot goes out of bounds, etc.

 

It's a wonder we don't have any of this yet, since it would be so easy to accomplish.

Implement the college replay system where everything is controlled upstairs.  The dipshit zebras on the field don't bother going under the hood and just stand with a headset on.
