  1. Frank Alexander - Suspended for 1 year

The NFL really should stop testing for it. They already know that the majority of players smoke weed and they don't care. It becomes less about who does it, and more about whose smart enough to cheat the drug tests and whose not. And hell, they test for it in a way where they try NOT to catch people. They only test at all as a PR measure, so they can pretend to be against it, but anyone with half a brain knows their official stance on it is complete BS. Pretty bad reason to ruin someones career just so you can give a fake "the NFL has no tolerance for weed!" speech that everyone knows is a total lie anyway. Just all around stupid system.
  2. Undefeated Watch pt.2: Bills v Patriots

It's pretty messed up that we're already preparing to get royally screwed by the refs before the game even starts. Not just Panthers games, or this game here on MNF, but overall all year the officiating has been atrocious. At this point you have to wonder if it's incompetence or intentional. I'll probably end up stop watching the NFL altogether if they can't get something figured out with this.
  3. Undefeated Watch pt.2: Bills v Patriots

Forward progress isn't given to a player if they go backwards on their own. It's only awarded if they are contacted by a defensive player. This isn't complicated folks.
  4. Undefeated Watch pt.2: Bills v Patriots

The refs are starting to make the NFL unwatchable. Damn near every game it's horrible call after horrible call that directly effects the outcome.
  5. Undefeated Watch pt.2: Bills v Patriots

That only counts if his forward progress is actually stopped by a defensive player. Anytime a player goes backwards on their own they are not given forward progress, and thus in this situation the clocked should have been stopped.
  6. Lives in Charlotte yet is an asshat Cowboys fan. Fug that guy
  7. Tony Romo is 3-0

Beat a terrible Dolphins team, a terrible Eagles team and barely beat a .500 Giants team by one point. Averaged 23.6 PPG against bottom tier defenses.
  8. Deion, I still love you, but COME ON MAN

This is the point I was hitting on. At the beginning of the season, when a team is 0-0, the odds of anyone going 16-0 is really horrible. However, we're already 10 games in and past the toughest part of the schedule. It's not such a monumental feat at this point. It's like the odds of flipping a coin and it coming up heads 10 times in a row is really bad (1 in 1024). However, if you've already had heads come up 8 times in a row, you're now looking at 1-4 odds since you only need heads to come up two more times. Big difference.
  9. Deion, I still love you, but COME ON MAN

A team that's already 10-0 and went through the toughest part of their schedule now can't finish the season out going 6-0...... uh, ok
  10. Horton suspended 4 games

With CJ coming back he was probably going to be cut anyway. Doubtful the Panthers want to keep 6 DEs on the roster (5 is already pushing it).
  11. He won 20 games his first 2 years as HC, which is better than 90+% of first time NFL HCs. After taking over a team coming off a 4-12 season no less. Things only went into the crapper when they started letting him make GM decisions and even with the current disaster of a team he still has one of the best win % of current NFL HCs. Good HC, horrible, horrible GM.
  12. To all the haters and doubters..

Really if it wasn't for a couple bad calls from the refs Washington would have won 77-3 (only giving the Panthers 3 points to be nice)
  13. He's actually a very good coach, they just never should have let him play GM.
  14. SNF Game Thread: Bengals (8-1) @ Cardinals (7-2)

Cardinals are no joke. Was hoping they'd lose to give us a bigger cushion for that #1 spot but they are legit.
