  1. Dem Debate - One on One, Bernie vs Hillary

I'm no Ted Cruz fan, but I thought this was good:
  2. Trump finally gets a win

Agree with this. I think kasich is the only Republican who could win the general election, though i don't think he could beat Bernie I think Hillary has enough dents in the armor that he could take her.   Also, about kasich, I've read that his Mr Rogers bit is inconsistent with how he actually is. Do a little googling, it's kind of interesting to read about how he actually acts (or acted) in politics before now. Am I crazy for thinking that there's no way that Cruz or trump could win the general? They just seem to crazy and I feel like there are more moderate Republicans now than there used to be.
  3. Tin foil hat time (Im starting to Believe it though)

I don't think it's possible that players and coaches are in on it. It's too big for that. You've got 1,000's of players and over time one of them would spill the beans even if there is some sort of nondisclosure agreement.    I suppose it's possible, though unlikely, that there is some fix that the owners, refs, and corporate office are in on. They might try to steer games in the right direction and just get surprised here and there.   I doubt it, but it's fun to think about.
  4. Last "big" Pub debate

Sad and true. Republicans are dumb if they think that Trump or Cruz would win the general election. I would think even Hillary could beat them both. People don't trust Hillary, but at least she's not a raving lunatic.
  5. Last "big" Pub debate

Why doesn't Kasich get more love/attention? He seems like he's the most reasonable out of everyone up there and also looks like a moderate who could have a decent shot at the general election.   I admit I haven't done a lot of research about him, has he done something or said something that alienates himself or is it just that he lacks charisma? I don't think he could beat Bernie, but I think he could have a decent chance against Hil-Dawg.
  6. I hope DG learned something tonight

I mean, Remmers got worked last night but Von Miller and Ware have been great all season and have done that to some solid tackles. We would've needed Orlando Pace back there to keep Miller at bay all game, it's just not feasible, he'll get his unless he's going up against an all time great OT.    As for WR, we'd have been fine all season if KB was there. Nothing DG could do about that ACL tear.
  7. Official Panthers - Broncos Superbowl Gameday Thread

If we run it on first down again this game my brain will fuging explode.
  8. Official Panthers - Broncos Superbowl Gameday Thread

Defense really needs to force a punt here. If Denver gets even a fg, it'll be a problem.
  9. Official Panthers - Broncos Superbowl Gameday Thread

Take a lead before halftime and don't look back, come on cam.
  10. Official Panthers - Broncos Superbowl Gameday Thread

If this isn't ruled a sack Rivera might actually kill someone.
  11. Huddle Super Bowl predictions

17-13 Panthers   I think it'll be a defensive battle with both defenses playing at a high level but cam coming out on top. We all have heart attacks in the process.
  12. No, I'm not saying the AFC West weaker, but it also wasn't tougher. You're pulling the "carolina easiest broncos hardest" stuff out of your ass, that isn't based on fact. The Panthers played 4 playoff team games, the Broncos 7 including 2x vs the Chiefs who can score around 17 a game at best no matter who they're playing. To say one team had a tougher schedule by far is wrong and misleading.   I'm not saying the Broncos defense isn't real, they are, but you're making things up and cherry picking stats to help your argument.
  13. Yeah that early season gauntlet must have been tough. How on earth did the Broncos get past the Ravens, Chiefs, Lions, Vikings, Raiders, and Browns? Must have been really difficult to play the Chargers twice as well. The only teams that were "difficult" on that schedule were the Patriots and Steelers, both of whom were decimated by injuries.   Any team would have a top defense if they played in the AFC West vs those turds and also got put up against the low scoring AFC & NFC North teams (excluding the Steelers & Bengals, maybe).
  14. Indictments handed down in Planned Parenthood case

If you read this thread without being biased G5 comes across as the reasonable one.
  15. A Ringing Endorsement From... Sarah Palin (?)

    That nuke quote is terrifying.
