I've figured out the best drink (powerade/gatorade), what works best for food?

vitamin before bed along with a glass of water, and maybe throw in an ibuprofen for good measure...  gatorade should be common sense since you have dehydrated yourself, but as for food celery is packed with electrolytes..  

 

food itself doesn't help my hangover..  

 

I've been told to try ginger ale though..  that apparently it's pretty miraculous..
