because ND has had like top 5 recruiting classes(One class being the best) since Weiss has gotten there, and hasn't done anything with it yet

PSU has done more with 10-20 recruiting classes

well if you go by rivals.com, Notre dame never had the number 1 recruiting class. and they were ranked 21st last year. infact they were only in the top 5 once. and that was in 2008 when they had the 2nd best. they were also ranked 8th twice.


so there goes that theory.

ok sorry I thought it was number 1 the way ESPN went on and on and on about them during signing day that year......Still averaged a top 10 class with the exception of last year, which kids now realize ND idoes not have the great coach they thought they had!!

PSU only has one top 10 recruiting class and that was 2006, the rest have been 24th and one year did not even make top 25

So, JoePa has still done more with less talent then ND's top 10 classes, Weiss is ND's version of Al Groh, congrats
