New Mead Started...

Got a new batch of mead going, as of tonight. Trying my hand at a Pyment, which is honey and grapes fermented together. In this case, the grapes are from an heirloom grapevine at the in-laws (I am told these are the James grape variety). We'll see how it turns out.
