I'm curious. Why do some Atheists celebrate Christmas? What exactly are you supposed to be celebrating? Maybe some Atheists on here can enlighten me.

I observe alot of days that are non christian.
When it comes down to it on a personal level, its much ado about nothing.

Nothing says hooray Jesus like using gifts and wasteful electric lights as a means of advertising and reaffirming social status.
