I don't see him staying as Singletary's OC (probably mutual agreed upon departure there).

I don't see anyone on present staff that would be promotion worthy. If Romeo art thou not in Cleveland anymore, Chudzinski would likely be freed up. Linehan's available, as well.

Well if Norv does get canned from SD, he could always come back to be SF's OC. His path just missed crossing with Fassel in BAL.
