Doris Dickerson, TE of Pittsburgh is a potential project at WR. He ran a 4.40 and had a 42 inch vertical at 226lbs. Slow down and think about this for a moment, he has combine stats BETTER than Dwayne Jarrett a real WR. I think he would be worth a project pick, with the intent to convert him to WR.
I can see John Fox doing this.

I'm sorry but Fox has trouble developing guys already at the receiver position so this would be quite the daunting task for him

maybe, but the chargers will most likely draft him...no one decent behind gates and if you are at least 6'2, 215 lbs and run a 40 in less than 4.5, you're a charger....or a raider
