Defensive Lineman, Quarterback, Defensive lineman...try to get the UFA shutdown corner from Oakland that I can't say or spell correctly.

1. A defensive coach who knows they need to cover the other team's ONLY weapon.
2. A quarterback who only had one good post season (2003 starting to look like a fluke?)
3. Head coach that doesn't clap when the team does something stupid. This isn't little league! There's no "good try" when you're paid millions to do something right. This is where a presence like Cower would make a difference. If a player screws up, GET ON HIS ASS!!!!
