I just don't see it. Do you guys truly believe we are going to use our top draft pick for this guy (when we dont even know who our next coach is)? Would be nice, but i just dont see it happening.

Wouldn't having a new coach make it MORE likely he would bring in an elite QB prospect who's actually worth the pick, than stick with a holdover?

Yep, from what I am hearing, even NE, IND & NY would take him if they had the #1 pick. Great prospect.

i don't think so and i don't think it's wrong to pull for them to lose out the season...as long as it results in us being able to get a guy that we can build the team around for the next 1-15 years and will get us a couple rings.

i believe in sacrificing things to get a bigger reward. if we sacrifice this season, we could end up winning big. call it a gamble. call it an investment.
