haven't heard any talk about him with all the emphasis on Luck and Mallett..... is he NFL worthy?? was talking yesterday about going DT in the first round, then picking up moore later if he is pro-caliber.

Buyer beware, over-inflated numbers from playing in the WAC.

A mix of Pennington and Leinart.

Before the season started the guy on gameday (can't remember his name now) said 6 QBs would go in the first round, I almost died laughing.

Now I can only think of maybe 2-3.

I don't know if I would want to spend a first round pick on him but I wouldn't be suprised if he doesn't turn out to be the best QB of this draft.

3+ year starter in college
completed 60%+ of his passes
won over 75% of games started

yes, he is a bit undersized but he is a true "student of the game", much like Brees. People say that he has no arm strength, but he is the most accurate QB out of all of the ones coming out at 40+yd throws. People deride his "lack of talent in opponents", Flacco played at Deleware. Luck is coming from the Pac-10 and the talent there is not like it is phenominally better than the WAC.

I am sure a lot of stupid jack-asses will want to jump all over this. I am not saying that we should take Moore ahead of Luck. Luck has a ton more potential, however I just would not be suprised if Moore didn't turn out to be a hell of a QB in the NFL.

As much as I like Kellen Moore I don't think he will be successful in the NFL. He plays weak teams and has great wide receivers and offensive line, throw him into a team like ours and he will play like Jimmy Clausen. The only way I would have him on our team is if he was a late pick or undrafted FA.

Well you can't argue he isn't a winner. Still I wouldn't take higher than 3rd round and let him sit a couple of years

He's actually really tiny in general. Brees is at least 210 pounds while Moore is not even 190. My biggest thing is would he be able to take a hit?
