Panthers make it official: Fox era overp/The Carolina Panthers made official today what John Fox has known for a couple of years: The winningest coach in franchise history is gone after Sunday's game at Atlanta.

I have a question. If a coaching prospect is not currently employed in the NFL would it be ok for JR to have him privately hired and ready to go. If so maybe we have a coach and just don't know it yet.
