I am still optimistic about FA with a coach like Rivera maybe FA's won't be afraid to come here.

We will get the best players we can from the draft and rely more on FA, not such a bad thing

but I'm not.

becasue I am dying too and before I go I want to see my favorite team win a super bowl. He is old and can't run this anymore but that's just my opinion. I don't ever see him handing it over so I am pretty sure he is the owner until he goes, hopefully before me, and I am not ashamed to say that you're being too sensitive death is a part of life and I am just talking about it, stop shutting it out or associating a negative correlation to it.

Your not talking about it. Your wishing it on someone. Big difference. We're all dying just some sooner then others. Just because you may be dying sooner does not give you a right to be a dick.

I think we will be very aggressive in FA. JR wants to win and the sooner the better. The last two years have put the team in this position for a reason. If the CBA is resolved, I really think they will bring players that can help now, but they are not just going to bring any name or spend a lot of money doing it.

Washington spends a lot of money year after year in FA, what's it got them?

Players will come here when there is finally free agency because of Rivera, IMO

Trade down with the Skins. They are sour on Mcnabb and I think he wants a change. Offer our #1 for their #9 , #40, and Mcnabb. If they reject, sweeten the offer with either Clausen, Smith, or Williams, but only for more picks or future picks.

That this orginization is pretty much f**ked at the moment.

Most particularly when it comes to the draft.

The ony player that could boost the entire teams play decided not to enter the draft.

For most teams this isn't such a huge ordeal.

The Panthers on the other hand have several positions of need. If the team drafts a particular player then it compromises in another area of need.

If we were to draft Cam Newton then we still have no defensive tackles to stop the run, on top of this Cam Newton needs ALOT of work to be any good.

If we drafted AJ Green then who the hell would throw him the ball?

If we draft Nick Fairly or Patrick Peterson then we will more than likely have the last ranked offense AGAIN.

It is a shame that we dont still have the 33rd overall pick.

I see no chance of this team making a splash in free agency.

Someone lifts my spirits please.

Your right about everything, but its gonna be alright:)

doubt washington trades up, BUT you could trade them Clausen and/or Williams/Stewart or Goodson to Washington for the 2nd or 1st round pick (depending on the back you give up). i think Washington would give up the 10th pick in the draft for Clausen and Williams, BUT if they dont move quickly, Washington could trade Haynesworth for Vince Young.

This thread is fun and not depressing at all. I just found out that I'm dying a little inside everyday.

has nobody thought that there is a FA QB out there that would work out very well for us through the next 3-4 years?

how many threads have I beat this dead horse?

Players will come here when there is finally free agency because of Rivera, IMO

and I believe this to be true as well..
