With us looking at former Fox assistants, the race might well be on to secure some of them up before he tries to get them. If we really want them, we should probably speed things up a touch.

Mile High Mediocrity

maybe they're trying to guarantee themselves the #1 pick next year?

Fox was by far the best HC this franchise has had. He's given us great memories and imo the 2005 season and 2008 seasons were seasons we overachieved given our personnel. He went 5-3 in playoff games with Jake Delhomme as QB. Some posters on here are bitter and ungrateful.

Yes, I'm glad we have a change at HC. It was best for everyone involved, but I wish Fox the best, except when he plays us.

Why? Any knowledgeable Raider fan knows Fox has a prior history with Al Davis and would never be considered.
nah, they are rejoicing b/c they get to play against fox teams twice a year.

Said it all along that Fox is a good coach and this is no surprise.

Also don't be surprised if he does well

we hired rivera a few days ago. lol

ummmm...he must have gotten burned out after his superbowl run because it's been all downhill from there. more like the panthers got tired of him. thats why they didn't want him back.

ummmm......he was in the NFC Championship 2 of his first 4 seasons

I'm glad to have a new staff and all but that's a silly statement.

not saying much there.

i won't overlook only 3 winning seasons and just 1 in the past 5 years. i won't overlook his stubborn commitment to his chosen players and his narrow-minded and antiquated brand of football that held this team back for years and left us with a mess, esp. at QB.

He could take the Broncos to the superbowl next year and comments wouldn't change
