Help me out here: What's up with the infant(s) killing at the end? Is that Joffrey making sure there's nobody else can claim the throne? *confused*

Well we know its either Joffery or Cersie. My money is on Cersie.

Great start to the season. Havent read the books yet but will when I have more free time. Hate that Jeoffrey douch.

The baby killing is them getting rid of Robert's bastards... making sure there isn't another claim to the throne... They'll be on the hunt for Gendry now, the guy with the bull helm who is currently heading North with Arya's troupe...

Gendry doesn't even know who he is (Robert's bastard), and in the books, doesn't even know through book 5 (if I recall correctly)...

I don't recall the bastard hunting scene in the books, but it adds to the "unseen" story behind the story, and will be relevant later on this season...

Also, Littlefinger could very well be behind the killings, as the scene where Cersei fugs with him wasn't in the books either... but she basically told him at that point to hunt down Gendry...

On the season 2 opener... I thought it was very well done... Even the CGI was first class for a TV show... the Direwolves looked better than most movie CGI would nowadays, and the dragon scene looked pretty much real to me...

good start. Keeping everyone straight is a bit tough but its a great fide. Only thing that I noticed wrong was the Dire wolf...it stood chest high then when it got in Jamie's face it shrunk.

supposedly there are rumors that the second episode may or may not have leaked and in theory one could potentially view it

It showed up on HBO GO on some overseas sites briefly... They caught the error and took it down... Haven't bothered looking around to see if someone snagged it...

I streamed it the other day, so it should still be availible. I could probably find a link for you if you want.

It's out there, someone recorded before the UK HBO GO pulled it down.

    • Of course, he's so massive he has his own gravitational pull.
    • You miss the point. Taylor was here before. We picked him because of what he could do for our wide receivers not because he had some great knowledge no other person had on the staff. Shula and Rivera and Gettleman studied multiple college systems for months before signing Taylor or drafting McCaffrey or Curtis and would have drafted the same whether Taylor was here or not. They liked the way Taylor developed McCaffrey which showed his talent but Stanford's offense wasn't Taylors idea or unique to him. Shula has a connection to Taylor as early as when Shula was at Alabama.  The debate was whether Taylor was chosen to replace Shula because Shula didn't know what to do to run a college offense and if he screwed up Taylor would replace him. And that Taylor was the reason and most influential in getting McCaffrey. I said it wasn't even close to the truth and this plan predated Taylor and was more thorough and we'll thought out. Everything since then just confirms I was right once again like usual.
