I'd be down with this... And Randy Moss.

Randy Moss?!?!?!

He would last less time in Panther's locker than he did in Minnesota the second time. He'd make an off-hand comment to Smitty, and get punched in the face. Then we would have two star receivers on suspension.

No thanks!

Rather get a Carlos Rogers because i am not a fan of Cromarite's attitude and his risk taking on the field, Rogers is good if he catches the ball, ADD to that, i dont see Cromarite coming here, he wants a huge deal.

Cromartie in bump and run coverage is money. We're going to have a very aggressive defense and I think he would fit perfectly in our system.

That being said, I doubt it happens.

Cromartie is a man coverage guy...Panthers will be playing zone....not a good fit.

I would be estatic if we brought in Cromartie... I suspect we're working on that.

Buchannon and Rogers are both out there as well, Id take either of them.

I remember Buchannon being pretty damn good. Came out same year Terrence Newman got selected 5th overall. Buchannon always seemed like the better of the two. Long and Lanky for a corner at 6'1 or whatever he is.

If we wont in the mix the time now maybe to late for cromartie. Reports are saying the jets are back on him real heavy now since they didnt get Nnamdi.

Both McDermott and Rivera worked under Jim Johnson, both coached his style afterwords, and Rivera mentioned it specifically. So, I'd venture to say that zone would be the base style of the secondary

and then there's the fact that he had an issue with the way Rivera utilized him and was traded away while Rivera was his DC

a good chance neither of them like each other
