My daughter was a Junior Topcat cheerleader a few years ago, and even she was required to BUY a ticket if she wanted to see the second half, after her halftime performance. So, I would guess you need a ticket for the little one.

That's horrible!

I hear theres a guy with a cargo van with a box of kittens for just such occasions. He even has candy... wears a bear suit.
