The Panther's Defense has been atrocious no doubt, but Chris Gamble has been one of the brightest spots.

Finally gettting back to his old ball-hawking ways and has been good in coverage all year.

Think he must have been hurt and got to where he tuned Fox out last year. He did whiff bad on a Harvin tackle in the Vikings game, but overall his play has been really good.

Definitely worthy of a #1 CB and getting paid. People saying we should trade him are crazy.

I hope he can perform well again next year when we get some guys back and aren't handicapped by 2 rookie DT's learning the ropes and a bunch of 3rd string LB's pressed into duty b/c of injuries

One of my favs on the team...I also own a Gamble jersey.

Gamble has balled out this year. There were quite a few people who talked bad about Gamble City earlier in the year. He's always been under-appreciated by, not only our fanbase, but NFL fans period. He's been exceptional this year

Love me some Gamble. 100 bucks says he's a pro bowl snub...

My ex girlfriend had a picture of me at a craps table at the Bellagio when I was on a hot streak wearing none other than a Gamble jersey (while I was gambling. Epic). I want that picture back you beotch.

I got mine as a premier years ago from Panthers.com

I don't think they even sell his on there as anything other than a replica anymore.

Gamble still has never shown to be worth the contract he was given.

Gamble is lucky this year.....there are so many ways to expose this defense....he benefits from that. It isn't so much that Gamble is so good people want to stay away from him (as he has always struggled w/ deep routes IMO)......but there isn't a point in testing the one decent player w/ so many easy ways to hurt us.

He's turned it back up this year. I wonder if his and Smith's resurgences are correlated?

Agree. Bright spot who seems to have flourished in a system that plays to his strengths.
