Is it some kind of cultural thing to bring dogs into Lowe's?

At the entrance door there is a very big sticker that states "No pets allowed, blind-seeing eye dogs are an exception."
Since I have been working there, I see people bring in their pooches daily.
I have seen as many as four dogs in one shopping cart at a time.
You would think the store was Petsmart or something.
I mean for fugs sake, the store doesn't even sell dog food!
The worst part is that every now and then you smell a big nasty pile of dog poo or a puddle of doggie wee-wee and their owners always say "It wasn't my dog" or "I didn't even notice".
So how many of you guys take your nasty mutts into places with you?
Lowe's is the only place I know of that allows fleabags to walk around in it all day.

And why assume my dog is dirty or has fleas? Pretty crappy characterizations of man's best friend.

It's people with these little ankle biters, for some reason they don't view their dogs as dogs.
Friend of mine called them sample dogs. Used to decide if you want to get the regular size or not.

They worship at the Temple of the Dog. They go there to say hello to heaven.
This bad early 90s reference brought to you because it's fuging Friday.

Any dog that you think needs to wear a sweater when it's 50 degrees outside needs to be made into something else...like a pair of shoes or a purse.
My cousin has a teeny yorkie named Bon Qui Qui (I couldnt make this poo up if I tried) that has a full wardrobe including outfits for every holiday and even a little bathrobe.
She also has mini rain booties for when its raining/snowing.

It's not just cultural, it's religious.
