good luck. i deleted mine about over a year ago, and it's been great. I haven't looked back, or missed it at all. Your page will stay active for another 2 weeks, so don't try to log in or anything like that (not that you would). But Facebook keeps your account dormant, and if you attempt to log back in, it's like you never left. So if you have your Facebook integrated with anything else, twitter, apps, etc. don't log into those, or alter those so that your Facebook is not in any way connected. i'm sure you know all of this by now, kudos anyway

Yeah I deleted mine once after a bad breakup a couple years back. Although I knew the ex's password and get on hers. Yeah I did things totally normal back then.
