No he won't. Bite your tongue. Eli has don't more with his inconsistancies in his 8 years as a Giant than even his brother has done with his.
Those who are hyping Luck can't even say what makes him better than RGIII except that he came from a Pro-ready offense.[/QUOTE]
I dont have pure hate for Luck like you seem too. I understand his abilities and weaknesses. Luck will be good but great Im not sure of. Also I dont envy Lucks situation where more than likely he goes to Indy where there is a whole lot of expectations there.

like he won't have as many total yards or TDs but he'll probably have a slightly higher comp. % or something that's not of overbearing importance to a rookie quarterback. sorry guys

as a football fan I'm sure it's going to forced down my throat.

Right on....trouble here is that Mayock can't lose by answering as he did...The question wasn't about a single season performance...just a pure choice if given the option between the two....If Cam replicates last year and Luck doesn't shine right away he'll just put more qualifiers out there....and so on for all scenarios except Cam struggling and Luck lighting it up.
I still dont get the discussion. In the world of reality, proven assets, are always what youre looking for.
A 6'6 260 pound beast who can run sub 4.5 with a howitzer for an arm who has already PROVEN that he doesnt have character issues nor major flaws of any kind. This is why Mayock is a sensationalist like the rest of the jokes at ESPN and NOT a fuggin coach.
Ask the coaches and owners who theyd take and you might get a much more rational answer.
The reality here is that his answer can't be completely analyzed until they both have a significant body of work under their belts. By that time, who will even remember any of these debates? I couldn't care any less right now....I can't imagine how much I won't give a fug a couple years from now...Stop the madness....
