That lack of a pick gave us a very good tight end. Picking Armanti Edwards with a 3rd(our 33rd Overall) hurt us bad. Lets learn from that and NOT make any dumbass Hurney trades

Anybody else notice that every single year seems to be the deepest draft ever? Until the next years draft rolls around of course.

It's called hype. When the talking heads make a big deal about every Tom, Dick, or Harry, the masses fall all over themselves about having to get one guy or another...never mind that reality rarely equals the hype.

you're also not going to be giving a 3rd round pick a $25 million contract. you really can't directly compare the two

Thats true, Olsen is a first rounder that we only spent a third rounder to get. That is about the kind of money we will have to spend on our first rounder.
