It would be silly to think that Drew Brees learned everything about the game prior to entering the NFL.

It would be silly to think that you knew what you were talking about and not speculating on a youtube clip you watched.

He is not Pat White. Not even close to running the same system or skill set.

Wilson is a passer, who runs only when necessary. Honestly, he plays much in the same style as Cam did last season.

Mayock said he is like Doug Flutie.

But, I understand some UNC fans and other contrarions want to act like he is going to be a retard.

Also, he has play two sports his whole life. So if he focused on one sport and trained in that one sport like pro. He has some potential.

I think he has potential to be a very good pro. Also, he is going to be a much better QB than The Golden Calf of Bristol, who some on here think is a lot potential.

I don't even know what that means in response to me saying that he has a better arm and footwork than Brees coming out.

I was making the point that Wilson is almost the same size, has better feet, a better arm, and was more successful than Brees coming out of college.

Brees was the 1st player selected in the 2nd round. That's all I'm saying.

we have needs in other positions, i think Darron Thomas (Oregon) or Jordan Jefferson (LSU) in undrafted is adequate with Newton and Anderson.

Did you watch that National Championship game? Plus he has more character concerns than any other guy.

Why don't we just make AE the 3rd string QB and really coach him up a lot and take away all of his other roles.

Russell Wilson is literally NC State's Armanti Edwards without the 12 illegitimate children.

I think we're all going to be a little surprised when he goes way too early, like the end of the 3rd early. I like Wilson a lot, but not enough to spend anything higher than a 6th on him.

My sentiments exactly. Watched this kid as close as I could last year after the hullabaloo of O'Brian not giving him his job back. He would be a perfect BU for Cam, but unfortunately the news has spread and he will be so over drafted. My guess is early to late 3rd while I wished he could have been available in the 6th or 5th at the earliest.

This guy reminds me a little of Dameyune Craig for some reason.

He wont make it past the 2nd rd. Perfect backup to Cam. But would like to see him start somewhere else. Better than Brees.

I agree that he won't make it out of the second but let's not proclaim him better than Brees just yet. Someone will pick him up and if they're smart they'll build an offense around him. Talent is talent, and you know he's going to work his ass off every day when he comes in.

Except he can complete 70% of his passes, and has played in Division 1 Football, and has an arm, and will play QB in the NFL, and, and, and,.....

Saying he is Armanti Edwards is absolutely ridiculous. He was on his way to breaking every one of Phillip Rivers' records at State and then he went to Wisconsin learned an offense that couldn't be anymore different than NC State and killed it in the Big 10. IDK where he's going to go in the draft but I would be willing to put a lot of money on the fact that if he goes the right organization he is going to be a starter at some point.

I would also be willing to say that if he was 6'2'' instead of 5'10 (and 5/8s or whatever his exact measurement is) that he'd be a top 10 pick ahead of Ryan Tannehill and he'd be competing with RGIII for that #2 slot.

I'm going to put two stat lines up here and without looking them up (Baylor and NCSU/Wiscy fans don't chime in) I want people to guess who is who. RGIII or Russell Wilson.
