Thank god I didn't get on here last night.

I will pull for this guy for years to come, and I really do believe that he will be a very good pro.

I had a bad feeling that he or Coples was the pick, and I really didn't want either of them.

My disgust comes from the fact that I hate the way that Hurney values certain positions on the football field, and that we seem to continually draft those positions high. IMO and that is very important, I just don't think that 43 LB's, and high rated RB's are the way to go when drafting high.

Let's go Luke.

Joe Person said today that Rivera got a "tip" on Kuechly from ex-Bears teammate Jim Morrissey, whose son was a teammate of Kuechly at BC.

As with real world jobs, sometimes who you know can mean as much as (or more than) your actual qualifications.

(not to say that Kuechly isn't qualified; just talking about the process)

lol....desperation continues.

The suggestion it took hrs to find a negative article was bc everyone respected in the business has been positive about Luke.

The suggestion implied it would difficult to find anyone worth a poot talking negatively.

You went out and found a female MMA blogger.....cut and pasted negative talk leaving all that out.....trying to act like someone supported your stance that matters.

You are so blind with Luke hate you don't even realize what you just posted was utter poo.

Good day, sir.

Draft guru Mike Mayock had Luke rated as the 6 overall player.

Per Greg Gabriel of NationalFootballPost.com

• I thought Carolina would go for a defensive lineman because of the trouble they had stopping the run but in Matt Keuchly they got perhaps the best inside linebacker prospect in years. Look for them to grab a defensive tackle in round 2.
