If you truly think about it, Person is the perfect beat writer for Marty and company.

Thank God that abortion of a press conference is over.

Person: So Luke, it says here you took biology as a sophomore, can you talk a little about that and how it helped get you here?

That was pathetic. If I showed up for work as unprepared as those journalists, I'd be fired in the first two minutes.

Yeah and considering Marty's background in the media, he knows how important it is to keep everything in house and everyone tightlipped. No one is going to leak sh1t to Person and he's basically a glorified blogger.

It's sort of why I always get a good chuckle when people suggest the Panthers for Hard Knocks. Will never happen under Hurney's watch. It would basically take an over rule from the Big Cat himself to have them come here.

That was awful. I was hoping for 'Have you talked to Beason or Davis?, Explain how versatile you are at different positions, Have you discussed playing OLB with the Panthers?'

Anything other than that mess.

To me, his demeanor seemed very business like and focused. Reminded me of Urlacher in the way he composed himself.

My mid-market complex kicks in when I hear him say he's a Bengals fan. I already start thinking about 5 years from now.

I hope LK doesn't judge North Carolina by that stupid mutherfecker.

Fecking embarrassing. Made me cringe. Complete fail.

A Super Bowl between now and then and all those notions will be erased from your head AND his. Plus it's the Bengals. How much of a step up would that be?

You're right.

But honestly, I've never heard a player talk about what a fan they are of another team after they've been drafted by a different team. He sounded like a huge Bengals homer.

But, I do think a Superbowl or two, or three, will change his outlook.

All Bengals fans are super-homers... they have to be
