i only have the cable machine right now and don't know when i'll be able to invest in 250+ lbs of free weights to deadlift

Yeah, if I didn't have access to a gym I wouldn't be doing any of that.

Buddy of mine that I workout with sometimes showed me a new on the other day when we did chest...

This Machine...

and put a pull down bar on it and do close grip presses...

Killed my inner pecs and the outer head of my tricep. Much smoother than trying to balance the bar on the bench press.

yeah that's it exactly

i wish i could do close grip presses but i already have 12 different exercises in my circuit anyway

i got the tricep rope mostly for french curls

Any of you guys had experience with intermittent fasting? Basically reversing your eating cycle by getting all your meals into a 8 hour window.

I've been seeing more of it recently and thought about trying it to break my current weight loss plateau. I have the worst time getting rid of the extra weight in my chest and waist.

started doing 2-4 counts at 70% max. count to 2 on the lift, and then count to 4 on the drop. its brutal.

Chest day today... Which I usually avoid on Mondays...

Got 225 12x on my 3rd set of bench and 245 8x on my 4th, so decided to try 300 just to say I did it... Got it fairly easily.

Don't intend on going up on that... But now I can say I did it.

Doing extra cardio this week to be prepared for Huddle Jamz. :)
