Yeah, I live in Shallotte still. I went from 190 down to 155 and I'm back up to 165 or so in muscle gain.

Yeah, I try to play basketball at least once a week, and I'm playing on a flag football team in a Wrightsville beach league. I put a post into the Huddle Jams thread to show my interest.
