Don't know why I didn't realize this. Sad, very sad. Now I'm really depressed.

08 and 07 we won our home opener

04, 05, 06, 09, 10, 11, 12 we lost

That's going back to the 03 Superbowl run

This ^^ and the lack of a winning season since 08 are just so sad. What a waste of time, talent, effort and resources.

I thought of something today. This most likely wont happen bit what if we move Rovera to defensive coordinator, make Chud our HC and just fire Sean Mcd. Mike Shula take over as Offensive coordinator. This will please everyone. Most fans dread the day Chud leaves for a HC job but how about we make him our HC? Most people want Rivera to be more hands on with the defense, well you can't get more hands on than being the defensive coordinator.

Everyone wins and gets what they want.

And people wonder why the crowd is subpar. Don't blame the fans

MadHatter is a coward. Wont even post in this thread but never misses a chance to bash the Bobcats front office. Hatter caees more about the image and identity of our front office than their results. Dude will tell you the Panthers are a successful organization. LOL.

Sometimes I hate being a panthers fan. And people wonder why North Carolina is known as a soft ass state. We have to do better.

Usually when a team is loaded up with talent and still struggles, it's a coaching problem....

anyone who thinks this team is loaded up on talent is a deluded homer. We have less talent than most NFL teams do - top to bottom - just cause we pay a handful of guys exhorbitant salaries does not make them anything more than average.

I just wonder what we could have done in free agency if Hurney hadnt gone hog wild with his " locking up" of " core" players last year.

Face it - our core sucks and the rest of our starters were 2-4 stringers that other teams cut loose and we were able to pick up at fire sale prices.
