OJ Atogwe is available. He'd probably be an upgrade considering what we have

If Martin can figure out the mental aspect of the position then he has the potential to be very good.

I didn't agree with him losing the job in the 1st place. I was at TC and didn't see how Naka beat him out there. I want to see what he can do with a somewhat better front 7.

I guarantee Martin comes back and starts playing lights out.

While we're at it let's put Godfrey back at FS and try out DJ Campbell at SS

Might as well try out all possibilities

I said it before, move Godfrey back to FS and try Davis at SS sometimes. Davis can be the 8th man in the box and he's quick enough to cover tight ends.

Not just Martin and Naka, Godfrey isn't going to cut it at SS.

Atogwe, Bullit, an injured Nick Collins and Injured Bob Sanders (Godfrey to FS) are all upgrades. I'd take an old Brian Dawkins over them also.

I love Nakamura's heart and effort, but he will never be more than a special teamer in the NFL.

Martin has all the tools in the world, he was just prone to mental errors, which led to some coverage lapses. Sure he missed a tackle here and there, but he also had some really nice tackles and hits.

I fully expect Martin to come out with a fire and play lights out. I'm excited to see him on the field.

I also hope Rivera decides to leave Kuechly in for passing downs. How can he ever learn to be a great player, when you are taking away half his reps? For Munnerlyn no less. (I tell you, even though we have talented players, you can't overcome bad coaching)

Nakamura should have been been fired on the spot. Jerry should have literally walked on to the field and handed him a pink slip in post game. Martin, when in the right spot is the best coverage safety we have. He's sure handed and has won a few games for us. I agree he shouldnt have lost his job.
