[Strawman]

Whatever they do, let's not pretend like we know better. Last year everyone on this board had anointed Chud as the NFL's great offensive genius and the most desirable head coaching candidate. Now he looks like a doofus to all of us.

No, at least not yet... Rivera should walk into Chud's office and tell him we're going to run the ball more - out of traditional running formations. He should tell him that his gameplan for the Bears better include several running plays out of more traditional NFL running formations.

Meeks is not here anymore and besides McDermmot is not doing that bad of job at all. Could use better personel but really our defense has been stopping pretty good offenses for the most part

He struggles with run blocking schemes. I remember Tolbert attempting to block Ware on one of Williams runs. At first I was like "What the hell was that Tolbert" ......... but on further thought, there's no way a fullback should be asked to block Ware.

Shula can run the offense.....use the playbook we have. Just call the right plays and use formations installed last year.
