In the words of Stephen A Smith "Ron Rivera is not a leader of men". How many times have we seen him in press conference deflecting blame? He always says its execution or a process or we had opportunities but never we were out coached. We have been out coached in every game except for one and I don't even have to say it. Who else is tired of a coach that points the finger at his players and not himself? Cam shouldn't be the one taking all of the criticism although he deserves his fair share. Cam isn't making Sam Bradford money lets be clear about that and he isn't a team captain or in the top 5 as far as highest paid players on the roster but he gets all the blame. I understand he is the qb which is why he does deserve some but the Coach is the Coach and he needs to take more accountability as he said the buck stops with him.

Honestly I have no idea if Rivera is a good leader of men or not. All I know is what I see on the field, and it sucks right now.

Here is what we know for sure:
1. During games, he is not chatting on the headsets with thIe other coaches.
2. He is not doing a great job of clock management
3. He is not coaching up players. It is as if he won a contest and gets a sideline pass for a game.
4. We also know this (if you think about it): The players are not singing his praises during interviews.

We have heard rumors that RR is separating himself from the team. We do not know this for a fact. However, if I were about to clean house, I would distance myself from them too
