Commentators ragging on cam about leaving field after fumble with Murphy recovery td. There's plenty to criticize about cam n his demeanor but nothing wrong with jogging off the field. He was disappointed and its not like he can jump in the pile. They need to stop over analyzing him. Go panthers

Exactly. now every media outlet tomorrow will talking about how Cam didn't go congratulate Murphy on recovering that fumble even if the Panthers were to win

One of the reasons I want the Panthers to improve is so we won't be continually saddled with the worst announcer team on Television. That little jerk Kenny Albert needs a punch in the mouth.

His behavior was not horrible, but it was also not smart.

This team is fragile right now and needs strong leadership on and off the field. Cam is the guy that can rally this team together. But he needs to try and be the consummate team mate. He needs to be over the top rah rah right now. This team needs it.

The only time I have taken issue with Cam Newton was a game this year where the Panthers were down by like 30, he had played really poor that game, and he got a meaningless TD with I think about 2 or 3 minutes to go and proceded to do his Superman pose.

Their issue is that he either celebrates by himself or goes to the sudeline by himself. He needs to be the ultimate team mate right now. This team needs him and he could be HUGE in bringing this team together.

You saw how the announcers were giving him praise for talking with Smitty the last time they were coming off the field.

I hope he realizes how big a deal a small change in his demeanor is likely to be for this team right now.

i think we were down 20-0 in the beginning of the 2nd half and that td brought it to 20-7. you could tell by his body language that cam was doing it to get the crowd into the game.

If Cam would have slammed the ball in disgust like Cutler just did it would have been national news. That is the difference. Don't know what it is. If someone can explain why when Cam does something it gets blown out of proportion I would appreciate it.
