Take IGN how you will, but they literally did not say one negative thing about the game in their review... it didn't even have a 'cons' section. I think they also pretty much said that they 'out-Bungie'd' Bungie with this Halo game.

I just hope Halo comes back strong and reclaims the FPS throne from that stale ass COD series.

How good of a FPS player do you need to be in order to play MP ? I play solo often, and I have done BF3 online and hate it half the time.

Will I get wrecked if I am not familiar with weapons, layouts, etc ??

I don't think so. I picked up reach after last playing halo 3 a few years prior and did all right. The good thing is the basically did away with "afk" in 4, everything you do will earn you xp.

BF3 is tough if you don't run with a squad of friends and aren't communicating. I would think it will be easier to run solo in halo mp. You can team up with the wife and me if you want. She rapes fools and its great to hear em rage after a girl smacks em around.

Went to the midnight release. First one I've ever been to. Was fun, had the game up and running with drinks and snacks. Now the servers are off line

I ordered the Limited Edition thru amazon, got it today and plan on playing it thru the election tonight. Hopefully it won't disappoint, I'm sure it won't!

Question: Will this game be like Assassins Creed/Mass Effect, meaning it is heavily recommended that I should play previous titles first to follow the story line of Halo 4?

I am interested in getting, but have not played a game in the halo series since the beginning, and I honestly can't remember anything that happened.
