I say OG because that's the problem, not OT.

I'm pretty sure the New York Jets took a lot of top rated O-lineman in the draft and their offense still looks like trash, why because they don't have a QB and playmakers to make the defense respect their offense. No thanks I will pass. I want a difference maker with a top 10 pick.

This isn't Madden people. Let's just pick up Matt Kalil, Jarius Byrd, Calvin Johnson, Rob Gronkowski, Muhammed Wilkerson, Richard Sherman, Aldon Smith, Jason Pierre-Paul, Sebastian Janikowski, Patrick Peterson, J.J. Watt. Trade DWill and Beason for 2 1st round pick and then draft a LB and a RB in the first. God.
I wish I could get all of them on my madden

Wood so when did you become a scout?
Trying to evaluate college players through YouTube clips doesnt make you a scout. Or else I would've been one already.
To everyone trying to come at me with the "are you a college scout?" Poo because you knocked him for his knee braces, I am not in fact a college scout. I never said I was, I said to the mouth breathers that they were just judging a book by its cover and that try haven't even seen him play.
I have seen a lot of tape on joeckel, not youtube highlights. If you read the analysis it states everything you need to know about him as a prospect. I put in my 2 cents too regarding why he's more valuable than star or Hankins.

Can you prove to me with your own judgement and words why he's an upgrade over Gross? What kind of skill sets does he have? His positives and negatives? Don't just say he's younger than Gross. Since you act like you're a scout and that everyone else doesn't know how to scouts/see/look at players, I'd like to hear it from you.

Actually offensive line is probably the worst unit on the team right now.
Even if Kalil was in there, you've still got two backup caliber players starting, and Gross is no longer what he was. They can't just leave him out there on an island.
A lot of it is coaching, in that for whatever reason no one with authority is thinking "hey maybe we should you know I don't know shift protection or chip block or some poo" but a lot of it is a spade being a spade.
Ah, you're right. I guess i could've worded, I know it's a big need, but we have other huge needs and i think it'd be more beneficial to trade down and try to feel as many holes as we can rather tan just draft one player.

Like I just said, all of that information is in my original post. I'm at work and I don't have time to play entertain Chuck right now.
If you think Gross is still capable of playing in this league after sunday, and that a stud like Joeckel wouldn't be an upgrade, then I'm sorry you just aren't smart enough to have a conversation with me and I will not waste my time.

Bwood watched the Texan a&m Alabama game so he's basically a draft expert.

The vast majority of drafts do not have one of every type of these players immediately apparent. You have to weigh your options as well. If it's not a dire need, you have to think if the player is so talented that it makes up for it. Here's what you shouldn't be drafting in the top 5:
Runningback: I don't care how good the prospect is. They are huge injury risks, and one blown out knee away from losing their effectiveness
OG/C: you don't need generational talent playing there
TE: the last guy you could've made a case for was Vernon Davis but for the most part none of the TEs available are top 5 talents
Linebackers that are not outstanding pass rushers: Von Miller was worth that 2nd overall pick. Kuechly isn't worth a 2nd overall pick. A linebacker is more lethal and useful if he is a threat to get to the QB on every single drop back.

So Gross' worst game like since when? When? And people like you are calling for his head. I gurantees you he will rebound against a pretty good TB D Sunday. Then what? It was only the Bucs and he has to go? Gross been the most solid player on the OLINE this year.
