Just for some perspective, last year The Golden Calf of Bristol had a better QBR than Aaron Rodgers.

For instance, I believe Steve Smith had a drop on third down and long yesterday, that severely hurts your QBR.
Also, if you make a great read on the defense and get the ball to a guy who is open ten yards down field and then he takes off for a big gain, that is graded significantly lower than chucking a ball 40 yards down field into double coverage and the WR making the play simply because the ball traveled farther down the field.
Despite all that it still is skewed to west coast offenses and dink and dunk offenses which is one of the things it was trying to correct.

i just looked up tebows game log on espn.com and the game in which he had those stats you just listed his qbr was 39.4. Good job making stuff up.Just for some perspective, here are two games compared using QBR from PFT.
