What's your prediction for Ron Rivera's future as the Carolina Panthers Head Coach this week or beyond?

Firing Rivera now would be letting him off easy. Make him go down with the ship.

I voted that he will be fired at seasons end. It seems like the most likely result given that a new GM will be brought in. However, I wouldn't be surprised if he saw out his contract and we continued to accept mediocracy.

Why wouldn't you be surprised if he finished his contract?

Because nothing that the organisation does really surprises me anymore. It doesn't make any logical sense to keep a coach around that has failed consistently, but logic doesn't seem to prevail for the Carolina Panthers.

Having 0 votes for turning it around really tells you about how disliked he is by the fans right now. At this point I think he HAS to be fired if they ever want fan support again.

If you fire him in the middle of the season, you have to find an interim coach/ give the job to an assistant. Fire him at the end of the season and you dont have to worry about any of that.

He is gone after the season, unless he wins out/ the world ends/ something less crazy occurs

I predict he will be fired after being shut out on MNF. (By the way, why make your team continue to suffer from a lame duck HC? Do we really want to see Cam suffer under this read option for the next 6 games? He is the franchise QB. Seeing him scarred for another six games could cause more damage on his psyche.)

Voted for Seasons End since it sounds like a restaurant.
